My practice is focused on Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, Probate, Special Needs Trusts, and Guardianships. I also practice in the areas of personal injury, family law, and I have represented multiple corporations and several local businesses throughout my legal career.
I graduated from West Lafayette High School, Wabash College, and Thomas Cooley Law School (Magna Cum Laude). While in law school, I was on the law review, dean’s list, and earned multiple certificates of merit for academic performance is multiple law school classes.
Between college and law school, I served in the U.S. Army as an infantryman and was stationed in Germany for several years.
I am licensed in both Indiana and in Illinois and have been practicing law since 1999. I am a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Elder Counsel, the Indiana Bar Association, Tippecanoe County Bar Association, Group Homes, and Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. I have also been admitted as a Fellow of the Indiana Bar Association, have lectured at local bar association continuing legal education seminars, and taught as a guest lecturer at Purdue.
